📦 Shipping & Delivery Policy (U.S. Domestic)

1. Order Processing Time

We process and ship orders Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment is received.

Orders placed after 12 PM EST on Friday will be processed the following Monday.

2. Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery Time

All orders are shipped from our U.S.-based warehouse. We offer the following shipping options:

*Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by weather, carrier delays, or other unforeseen events.

3. Shipping Rates

We offer free standard shipping on all U.S. orders over $30 (before tax and discounts).

For orders under $30, shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on package weight and destination.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Use the link provided in the email to track your order at any time.

If you do not receive a tracking number within 48 hours, please contact us at faywellpet@gmail.com.

5. Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and correct. We are not responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect or incomplete addresses. If a package is returned to us, you may be responsible for reshipping fees.

6. Delivery Delays

Delivery may be delayed due to:

  • Weather or natural events
  • Holiday volume spikes
  • Carrier errors
  • Incorrect shipping information

We appreciate your patience and will assist you in resolving any delivery issues promptly.

7. Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order is marked as “Delivered” but not received:

  • Check around your property (porch, mailbox, garage, etc.)
  • Ask neighbors or household members
  • Wait 24 hours—carriers sometimes scan early

Still missing? Contact us within 7 business days for support. If your items arrive damaged, notify us within 48 hours with photos and unboxing video for assistance.

9. PO Boxes & Military Addresses

We ship to PO Boxes and APO/FPO addresses via USPS only. Expedited or Express shipping is not available for these addresses.
